TIMELINE

Let’s make your timeline! Follow the link below and fill in the details.

The process of building your timeline-

After we receive the completed timeline form, we will schedule a call with you so we can work together to build your perfect day-of timeline. We will need the timeline questions filled out 6 weeks prior to your wedding at the latest in order to begin building the timeline and contacting vendors. Don’t worry, we can make any changes we need to leading up to the big day, but getting started on it is crucial to ensuring everything goes smoothly!

Alternatively, you can fill this form out sooner, if you’d like, and we will get to work on your “skeleton timeline.” A “skeleton timeline” is an overview of the most important events that will take place. This is often useful to have when you are booking and scheduling vendors, so this will be most beneficial if made fairly early on in planning. If we do make this abridged version of a timeline, we will circle back to it about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to fill in all of the finer details. Creating a “skeleton timeline” is 100% optional!

We send out the first draft of the timeline to vendors 4 weeks prior to your wedding, so everyone has a chance to look it over and make any notes about potential alterations. This also allows you time to mentally walk through your day a few times and decide if you’d like anything rearranged. After receiving vendor feedback and discussing with you, we’ll make adjustments to the timeline based on new ideas you have or changes you’d like made! Our primary goal is your absolute happiness and our (very close) secondary goal is to ensure your vendors’ services are being maximized. Finally, the completely finalized copy of the timeline will go out to all of the vendors the Monday before your wedding.

DAY OF SET UP LIST

Help us, help you! Follow the link below and fill in the decor and design details for your wedding. This information will make sure that we have covered all of the our bases regarding decor details. Oftentimes, after formulating a design idea and collecting decor pieces, little items may fall by the wayside, so filling out this list is a great opportunity for you to consider all of the decor and design elements you have planned. After we receive this completed form, we will set up a meeting to chat through everything you have listed in the form, and having it all in writing is a surefire way to guarantee all decor is accounted for and set-up the way you envisioned!

Please have the day of set up list filled out at least 7 days prior to your wedding. This will allow us time to look it over and prepare any questions we may have before your wedding!

SET UP LIST

SNAPSHOT TIMELINE

This is optional. If you don’t want it, you don’t have to have it! Not to be confused with a “skeleton timeline,” a snapshot timeline is a super cute timeline that we can create for you to disperse to your immediate family and wedding party. This timeline will include details pertaining to the ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, getting ready info, big moments that will happen throughout the day, and information on any events following the wedding (i.e. after party, brunch, etc.). This form must be filled out and submitted 30 days prior to your wedding!

All of our clients have access to our wedding decorations. Take a peek at what we have to offer at the link below. Please let us know the item number of the decor pieces you would like to borrow! Keep in mind, requests for decor must be placed between 28-14 days prior to your wedding. Check in often as items are always being added! Don’t see something you are looking for? Reach out! We may have the perfect thing for you that hasn’t made it on the website yet!

Make sure that you are accounting for all of the little details! This list of questions is long and comprehensive, but by the end you can feel confident that the small and easily forgotten details have been accounted for! It is best to run through this list about 30 days before you wedding so you have time to adjust for anything you may have missed. We’ll run through the list together in the final week before your wedding to make sure you’ve got it all and we’re on the same page!
